We have extensive experience managing planned maintenance contracts for a large housing and care company across the country. Our work includes managing the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, internal and external decorations, new guest rooms and managers offices, and fire door replacements.

We understand that with both residential and commercial properties, it’s crucial to have an excellent programme of work planning. We hold pre-start meetings to ensure everyone is aware of the works, and we create site folders to ensure all health and safety requirements are met on-site.

We excel at meeting deadlines, turning around kitchens in 2-bedroom flats within 5 days per kitchen, from strip-out to rewiring and installation. We consistently open 3 kitchens a week, ensuring large properties with up to 60 kitchens are delivered and signed off within a 20-week period.

We create a fixed-rate pricing structure for your works, so you’ll always know our rates for every job moving forward. We also have strong relationships with suppliers to ensure fast turnaround times for materials, preventing delays on-site.
